In order to limit impact on the land at Gateway Ranch, we have limited space for vehicles and camping. We ask that everyone embrace the spirit of sustainability at the Southwest Flow Festival by participating in our carpooling initiative.
By sharing rides, you contribute to the conservation of land, reduce vehicle emissions, and make the most of our limited camping spaces. Southwest Flow Festival is a 3-day camping event at an off-grid ranch in Northern Arizona. While there will be some food and beverage options available onsite, it’s essential that you come prepared with everything you need to sustain yourself throughout the weekend. This includes food, water, shelter, and appropriate gear to stay comfortable during warm days and chilly nights.
Below are additional guidelines we ask you to review and agree to before submitting your application. By doing so, we ensure that everyone arrives prepared for an unforgettable and self-sufficient experience!
Southwest Flow Festival is a self-sufficient camping festival. I will need to provide my own camping supplies, food, water, flow props and desired amenities.
We love your dog too. Don't take it personally.

The Infinite Flow Initiative is dedicated to expanding access to the healing and transformative power of flow. Financial contributions help provide ticket scholarships to SWFF and create opportunities for more people to experience the magic of flow within our community.
We’re also accepting donations of used flow props in good condition! These props will be shared with newcomers, helping them discover the joy of flow arts for the first time. Whether it’s poi, hoops, staffs, or other tools, your gently used props can help inspire the next generation of flow artists.
